The Friday Dispatch – 26 Nov ’21
A somewhat quiet week this week, but there are still a few things to share.
The Metaverse (continued)
In last week’s post I mentioned the rise of the Metaverse, and it seems like wherever I now look I’m seeing people talking about it, or actually gearing themselves up for it. So it was no surprise to see an article from Hong Kong’s Superunion show up in Camapign.
What I like about this article is the focus on brand building, and the potentially limitless nature of the platform. I’ll continue to watch the space and learn about it…
Social Media Marketing Academy
My good friends Andrew and Dom, the people behind social media brands Ad Hoc and Insightful, have been working on creating a Social Media Marketing Academy for a wee while now. This week they officially launched.
I’ve had the privilege of working with and being coached by Andrew and Dom and know that this will be a high quality course. So go ahead and check it out.
Note: I have no commercial connection to this
Have a sustainable Christmas
Yup, I said it. Christmas. It’s now less than a month away…
If you haven’t done your gift shopping yet, the Sustainable Business Network put out a gift guide every year. It’s an encouragement to think local and sustainable when you’re looking for Christmas gifts. Take a look and see if there’s anything that catches your eye.
And that’s about it this week.
One last thing, if you’d like to connect with me or have a virtual coffee, jump into my TidyCal and grab a time.
